CertiFoam 25 SE and SL are rigid extruded polystyrene foam boards suitable for most common residential, commercial, and roofing insulation applications. The closed-cell structure and extruded skins provide superior moisture resistance, high compressive strength, and excellent long term thermal performance. Both meet or exceed ASTM C578-95 Type IV.

CertiFoam 25 SE is machined square on all edges and pre-scored on 16" and 24" centers for flexible trimming on cavity wall applications.

CertiFoam 25 SL has ship-lap edges on the long sides for a tighter fit to reduce air infiltration. It has stud markings at 16" and 24" centers for easy nailing.

CertiFoam Drainage Board

CertiFoam Drainage Board
CertiFoam Drainage Board is CertiFoam 25 or CertiFoam 40 with edge channels for use above waterproofing membranes in protected membrane roofs, plazas or other applications which require channels to promote drainage. Channels are available on the 96" sides only or on all four sides. See CertiFoam 25 or CertiFoam 40 for available thickness, size and specifications.

CertiLite System Board

CertiLite System Board is a rigid extruded polystyrene foam board with drainage channels at 12" centers in both directions to protect, insulate, and facilitate drainage above waterproofing membranes. When used in conjunction with RayLite EPS insulation below a roof membrane, CertiLite Board provides a superior yet economical protected membrane system. CertiLite meets or exceeds ASTM C578-95 Type IV.

CertiFoam 15

CertiFoam 15 is a rigid extruded polystyrene insulation board suitable for residential and commercial applications where higher compressive resistance is not required. CertiFoam 15's closed cell structure and extruded skins provide superior moisture resistance and excellent thermal performance. CertiFoam 15 meets or exceeds ASTM C578-95 Type X.

CertiFoam 15 is machined square on all edges and is pre-scored on 16" and 24" centers for easy trimming on cavity wall applications.

CertiFoam 40
24" x 96" x *1", 1½", 2"

CertiFoam 40 is a rigid extruded polystyrene board intended for applications requiring higher compressive strengths than are available with CertiFoam 15 or CertiFoam 25. Geotechnical insulation, freezer floors, structural panels, and other applications may require the additional compressive strength of CertiFoam 40.

CertiFoam 40 is machined square on all edges. CertiFoam 40 meets or exceeds ASTM C578-95 Type VI and AASHTO M-230.

CertiFoam 60
CertiFoam Plaza Deck
CertiFoam 60
24" x 96" x 1½", 2"

CertiFoam 60 and CertiFoam Plaza Deck are intended for applications requiring the highest compressive strengths. Both are premium quality rigid extruded polystyrene boards specially produced for applications such as industrial freezer floors, certain pedestal and paver plaza systems, and certain structural insulation applications. Both meet or exceed ASTM C578-95 Type VII and AASHTO M-230.

CertiFoam 60 is machined square on all edges.

CertiFoam Plaza Deck has drain channels along the bottom of the 96" edges and is available with channels on all four edges to facilitate quicker plaza drainage.
