Molded
Our custom molded foam products are the ultimate in
strong, lightweight packaging. Molded foam absorbs shock,
is moisture resistant and is lower in cost than ordinary
packaging materials. Molded foam fits the exact shape of
the product it protects so packaging assembly is quick
and easy. Custom shape molded foam parts can be produced
from expanded polystyrene (EPS), polypropylene,
polyethylene and copolymers.
Wire Cut
DiversiFoam
Products' hot wire fabrication is an extremely versatile
area of manufacturing.
We offer CNC cut parts with programs that can be manually
generated or digitized from your drawings or pictures.
We also offer jig cut parts manufactured from fixtures
designed and built in-house.
Hot wire fabricated parts can also be laminated to
various other products such as corrugated wood and
fiberglass.
Blocks or strips of foam can also be manufactured with a
pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) applied to one surface.
These work well for random blocking applications or for
inexpensively palletizing cartons.
